Terms and Conditions: Free Flooring with Every Bathroom Promotion

1. Promotion Period:

• This promotion is valid for all new bathroom orders placed between 1st June 2025 - 30th June 2025 inclusive.
• Orders must be confirmed with a balance paid within this period to qualify.

2. Eligibility:

• This offer is open to retail customers purchasing a complete bathroom suite from Brinton Bathrooms during the promotion period.
• A "complete bathroom suite" is defined as the purchase of a Basin, Bath or Shower tray and enclosure, Tiles, Brassware and Toilet
• The offer applies to new orders only and cannot be retrospectively applied to existing quotes or confirmed orders.
• Trade customers are not eligible for this promotion.

3. The Offer:

• Customers who purchase a complete bathroom suite during the promotion period will receive free flooring for the bathroom space.
• The "free flooring" is limited to LVT and Tiles from a selected range of products offered by Brinton Bathrooms.
• The maximum value of the free flooring is capped at £300 . Any costs exceeding this cap will be borne by the customer.
• The offer includes supply of materials only. Fitting/installation costs for the flooring are not included.
• Customers may choose to upgrade their flooring beyond the free allowance by paying the difference in cost.

4. How to Redeem:

• To redeem the offer, customers must inform their sales consultant at the time of placing their bathroom order that they wish to take advantage of the "Free Flooring with Every Bathroom" promotion.
• The chosen flooring must be selected and ordered at the same time as the bathroom suite.

5. Exclusions:

• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion running simultaneously at Brinton Bathrooms, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The offer does not include underfloor heating, sub-floor preparation, removal of existing flooring, or disposal of waste materials.
• No cash alternative or substitute products will be offered in lieu of the free flooring.
• The free flooring cannot be transferred to another person or order.

6. Cancellations and Returns:

• Standard returns and cancellation policies for all products purchased from Brinton Bathrooms apply.

7. General:

• Brinton Bathrooms reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All orders are subject to availability.
• Brinton Bathrooms accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of participation in this promotion.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
